Terms
Monthly services
Marketing services are provided on a month-to-month basis at USD $2,500 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each month includes campaign management, landing and booking flow upkeep, patient follow-up automations, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization for the Invisalign growth system.
Payment
Payment is required to start the growth system. The monthly management fee is USD $2,500, billed in advance each month. All fees paid to Avalon are non-refundable. Media spend (e.g. Meta advertising) is separate from Avalon’s fee and is paid by the clinic or through agreed ad accounts unless explicitly included in writing.
Pause & cancellation
The engagement is month to month. The clinic may pause or cancel at any time with written notice to Avalon. Cancellation stops future billing only—no refunds for the current or any prior billing period.
Scope & campaign changes
Requests outside the agreed monthly scope (e.g. new offers, major creative overhauls, or additional platforms) will be discussed and approved before work begins. Approved additions may be quoted separately or added to the monthly fee in writing.
Client responsibilities
your clinic will provide timely access to ad accounts, brand assets, consultation calendars, and approvals needed to launch and run campaigns. Delays in access or feedback may affect timelines and results.
Performance
Avalon will manage campaigns in good faith to drive consultation bookings, but does not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or return on ad spend. Results depend on market, offer, budget, and clinic conversion.
Intellectual property
Campaign creative, landing experiences, and configurations built for your clinic may be used by the clinic during the engagement. Avalon retains ownership of internal frameworks, templates, and reusable systems. Upon termination, access and handover of clinic-specific assets will be agreed in writing.
Third-party platforms
Services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Stripe, calendar tools). Their terms, outages, policy changes, and account restrictions are outside Avalon’s control. Any platform fees are the clinic’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of liability
Avalon’s total liability relating to monthly marketing services is limited to the fees paid to Avalon in the three months preceding the claim.
